Pomegranate Blueberry Fruit Infusion


What could be more refreshing and healthful than a cup of blueberries and pomegranate arils? Served iced or hot, this fruity drink will liven your taste buds any time of day. When iced, serve with fresh blueberries and pomegranate arils in your glass. Sweeten it your way, and the kids will love it, too. (Much better for them than the drink mixes at the store.) Make it triple strong, and use it as part of the liquid in baking for the fall goodies. Ingredients: apple pieces, hibiscus blossoms, elderberries, freeze-dried apple pieces, pomegranate arils, rose hip peel, flavoring blueberries, cornflower and mallow blossoms. 1 oz. = about 10 cups of tea.
